Which Sage X3 release is your production environment on?

If you don't know, the answer is almost always older than you think — check the About panel.

Which SQL Server version is behind it?
And the operating system?
Do you import aluminium, cement, fertiliser, hydrogen, or iron and steel into the UK — including as components?

The £50,000 threshold is on the value of CBAM goods, not total imports.

Do you place packaged goods on the EU market?
Do you handle cattle, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, rubber, soya or wood — including as ingredients, packaging or pallets?

Timber packaging and pallets catch more manufacturers than the commodity list suggests.

Do you have a French entity, or French business customers?
A German entity above €800,000 turnover?
A Slovak entity?
A Greek entity?
Do you fill or import drinks in PET, aluminium or steel containers between 150ml and 3 litres?
Do you have UK-registered companies — including dormant subsidiaries?
